What you'll be doing:

What to expect from the work environment:

  • A fast-moving production floor with varied responsibilities
  • You’ll be working with both veal and pork, developing your versatility and skills

Working hours:

  • Shifts begin between 6:00 and 9:00 AM
  • You’ll work until that day’s production goals are met—usually around 8 hours
  • Because we work with fresh products, a flexible mindset is key

What you bring:

  • You speak either Dutch or English, which enables you to communicate effectively with your colleagues and follow work instructions. 
  • You are available for a fulltime job, so you can become a valuable part of the team and understands the production processes. 
  • Do you have previous experience in production? That’s a bonus! But don’t worry if not, we’re excited to teach you everything you need to know.


Wat mag je verwachten?


Start: Immediately Hours: Full-time – 5 days a week – starting between 06:00 and 07:00 Hourly wage: From €14.78 plus a cold work allowance of €0.09 per hour️ Language skills: Dutch or English


  • A starting salary of €14.87 gross per hour, with the potential for more if you have experience

  • Overtime pay up to 25%

  • 3.25% year-end bonus

  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (starting from 10 km)

  • 10.38% vacation days and 8.33% holiday pay on top of your salary

  • Possibility of a direct contract with Luiten
