Wat ga je doen?

You and your team are responsible for assembling all technical parts to a large vehicle.

Your day starts with a cup of coffee or tea together with your colleagues during the day's meeting.

Here's what your day looks like:

  • You grab the tools you need
  • You will perform both electrical and mechanical work
  • You install cabling and pipes
  • Then you will install the air conditioning systems
  • You will install the floors, windows and interior of the vehicle
  • If you encounter problems, you immediately communicate this to your team leader
  • You participate in the team meeting and shift transfer

This is just a selection of your work. From here there are plenty of opportunities to grow within the company. This way you can grow to the pre-delivery inspection department. There are also various technical training courses in which you can participate.

Waar ga je werken?


You will work in Deurne at a growing technical company, where you will not only work in technology but also on the future. Due to the growth of the company, they are looking for new colleagues. Your workplace is very spacious and modernly furnished. In the assembly departments you have several stations. Per station you work with 7 colleagues. The atmosphere is very open and you as an employee are important. Your colleagues have been working here for a long time and can tell you everything about the work. Your team leader ensures that you are properly trained. The company is in full development and your opinion counts. Employees are very satisfied with the company and enjoy going to work.

Because of the growth, they expect to switch from day work to 2 shifts from December. Of course you will receive shift allowance for this.

Your working hours in day shift are from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. When the 2 shifts start, your working hours are from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:30 and from 14:30 to 23:00.

Wie ben je?

  • You have a technical background and experience
  • You speak Dutch and English
  • You live near Deurne, Peel en Maas, Venray, Weert, Helmond or Eindhoven

Wat mag je verwachten?

You get a job with us for 40 hours a week. We would like you to work with us for a longer period of time. We therefore offer you full-time work. In addition, we offer:

  • A starting salary between € 2.500,- and € 2.900,- per month, depending on age and experience
  • Travel allowance of 0.19 cents per kilometer
  • Shift allowance of 14%
  • In addition, you build up 10% holiday hours and 8.33% holiday pay
  • It is a job with the prospect of a permanent contract
  • After 13 weeks you will be paid on public holidays 
  • In addition, you are entitled to various types of leave, such as care leave, birth leave and a doctor's visit
  • Possibility to follow a training or education through Olympia. This is how you continue to develop yourself
  • Career opportunities to other departments
