For a client in Weert, we’re looking for an experienced forklift operator who enjoys working the night shift. You’ll be joining a large logistics company where safety, teamwork, and a pleasant work environment are top priorities.
What will you be doing?
As a forklift operator, you’ll be responsible for moving goods efficiently and safely within the warehouse. You’ll spend most of your workday operating the forklift. Together with four colleagues, you’ll ensure that all pallets and goods are placed in the correct locations and that outbound orders are ready on time.
Your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading trucks;
- Picking orders and preparing them for shipment;
- Scanning goods;
- Moving pallets and goods within the warehouse;
- Preparing outgoing orders for transport.

Waar ga je werken?
Our client is a large logistics company in Weert that is easily accessible from Roermond, Nederweert, and Eindhoven, among other places.
You’ll work in a small team of five forklift operators where colleagues are always there to support one another. The work atmosphere is informal, communication lines are short, and you’ll be given a lot of responsibility. It’s a stable employer where safety, teamwork, and quality are top priorities.
Wie ben je?
You’ve already gained considerable experience operating a forklift and understand how important it is to work safely and accurately. You’re flexible, keep a cool head during busy periods, and are comfortable working two different shifts.
In addition:
- You have recent experience as a forklift operator;
- You hold a valid forklift operator’s certificate;
- You are fluent in Dutch or English;
- You are available full-time;
- You work with precision and always put safety first.
Wat mag je verwachten?
- Salary between €19.04 and €23.08 gross per hour, including shift differential, depending on experience;
- 19% shift differential for night shifts;
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer for distances between 10 and 30 kilometers one way;
- Pension plan through the Transportation Pension Fund with an employer contribution of 19.84%;
- 8% vacation pay and a minimum of 24 vacation days;
- 3.5 ADV days paid out in cash;
- You will be compensated according to the client’s pay scale. This means that your salary, allowances, and employment conditions are the same as those of employees directly hired by the client.
