Wat ga je doen?


Are you the hands-on leader who takes the purchasing team to the next level?

What will you be doing? As Teamlead Purchasing, you combine leadership with an active role on the floor. You're not a manager who just directs from a distance, you fully pitch in yourself: tracking down parts, maintaining client contact, and solving complex purchasing challenges, just like your fellow buyers.

You also guide the team: helping junior buyers and material coordinators develop further, safeguarding the quality of the work, and spotting where processes can improve. The purchasing manager sees you as their right hand and over time there's room to grow into an even bigger role within the team.

You work closely with senior buyers, purchasing officers, and material coordinators, and regularly liaise with clients on the progress of parts and projects.

Waar ga je werken?


You'll be working for a leading, independent aircraft maintenance organization in the Maastricht region. You'll be working right alongside the aircraft, as part of an international team with short lines of communication. It's a full-time position.

Wie ben je?

  • You have demonstrable senior-level purchasing experience, or show you can grow into this quickly
  • You have people management experience, but prefer to stay hands-on
  • You speak fluent English (Dutch is not required; international team)
  • You're client-facing and communicate easily with customers
  • You stay calm and persuasive, even when the pressure is on
