Wat ga je doen?


As a Production Operator, you will:


  • Load print materials or film into the machines and ensure correct settings.

  • Monitor production quality, checking colors, lines, and foil stamping.

  • Solve small issues, such as adjusting paper or resetting machine settings.

  • Learn to operate and fine-tune machines to reduce errors.

  • Develop your own specialty over time, for example in lamination or foil stamping.
This position requires technical and graphic awareness: noticing details, understanding machine processes, and working carefully.

In Uithoorn, you will join a modern graphic production company specialized in finishing printed materials. From luxury packaging to striking labels and book covers—there is a good chance you will spot their work in stores.

Wie ben je?


  • You have technical or graphic insight and work with attention to detail.

  • You are practical and understand how machines work (or you are eager to learn).

  • You are motivated to build skills in lamination or foil stamping.

  • You live in or near Uithoorn and can easily commute (preferably by car).

  • You speak and read enough Dutch to follow instructions and work safely.
This job is not for everyone. It requires concentration, precision, and the motivation to learn a technical trade. If you are only looking for simple assembly line work, this may not be the right fit.

Wat mag je verwachten?


  • Hourly wage between €17.00 and €18.20, depending on experience.

  • A 15.74% shift allowance on top of your hourly wage when working shifts.

  • A choice between fixed schedules:

    • Day shift: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:15.

    • Two shifts: Early shift 06:00 – 14:15, Late shift 14:00 – 22:15 (Fridays until 20:15).

  • A fixed schedule and the prospect of a permanent contract if you perform well.

  • Opportunities to grow into a specialist role in lamination or foil stamping.

  • A close-knit team where colleagues have been working together for many years.

  • Free parking at the door and a train station within a 10-minute walk.
