Wat ga je doen?

Do you have knowledge of the logistics process? And are you looking for a job in the early shift? Then we are looking for you as an all-round logistics employee and forklift driver in one. You will have an all-round position in the logistics department, working full-time on the forklift. Your duties may include the following tasks:

  • Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing freight; 
  • Picking and preparing orders that need to be shipped; 
  • Preparing and getting ready raw materials and products needed for production;
  • Contacting drivers; 
  • Checking stock.

It is a varied role where no two days are the same. Your main task is driving a forklift truck and loading and unloading goods. 

The working hours for this position are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., depending on your availability. Once every few weeks, it is possible to work on Saturday or Sunday mornings, starting at 8:00 a.m. and finishing no later than 12:00 p.m.

Waar ga je werken?


You will be working for a specialist in the production of pet food for dogs and cats. The company has been automated in recent years, resulting in modern machinery. There is an informal culture, in which everyone is approachable and communication is easy. The working temperature can vary from cold to warm; for example, there is a freezer room with products that you will pick with a forklift truck. 

A total of 70 employees work at the Ittervoort location, both in production and administration. 

The company is easily accessible from cities such as Roermond, Weert, Venlo, Peel en Maas, Stein, and Sittard-Geleen.

Wie ben je?

  • You have experience with forklift operations and preferably have a valid certificate;
  • In addition, you are physically fit.

In addition, do you have experience on the EPT? That's a nice advantage! 

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • A salary between €14,40 and €16 gross per hour, excluding allowances; 
  • End-of-year bonus of 6% on top of your hourly wage; 
  • A fulltime job from Monday till Friday; 
  • Travel allowance of €0,19 per kilometer (from 10 kilometers);
  • Pension accrual from day one (Stipp pension); 
  • Opportunities for advancement, for example administrative work for the documentation of export products; 
  • Start with a contract through Olympia, with the intention of being taken over by the client with a view to permanent employment if suitable.
